General information about water treatment systems

In many industries the quality of the atomized water is very important, and the water can not contain any salts, minerals etc. In such cases, it is recommended to install a reverse osmosis system. Dan Fugt Denmark produce own systems reverse osmosis systems (DAN-RO) which removes 98%+ of all impurities from the water. The surface of the osmosis membranes are continuously cleaned with return water from the process. All systems are secured with a pressure sensitive switch and monitored by a microprocessor. The systems are of a very high quality and constructed in an accessible yet compact design.

Water treatment in a solid and compact systems with capacities from 50 – 200 litres pr. hour. Is constructed as a closed system with a 15 litre pressure tank which ensures that the water is not contaminated during the osmosis process. Therefore, ultra violet treatment is not included as a standard with this type of system. The proportion between clean water (permeate) and drain water (concentrate) is approx. 50/50. Ultra violet treatment and continuous analysing of water quality is offered as an option to the standard system.

DAN-RO 300-2000

This type of system is equipped with a water softening unit to prolong the life of the osmosis membranes. This also results in the proportion between clean water (permeate) and drain water (concentrate) is approx. 70/30. In order to control the proportion between permeate and concentrate, the system is equipped with special flow meters. The system is also equipped with a reservoir tank with manifold for 1 or more water outlets, sterile filter and booster pump to re-circulate the water and increase the pressure when water is leaving the system. Ultra violet treatment and continuous analysing of water quality is offered as an option to the standard system.
