General information about humidifying using high pressure nozzles

With a minimum electricity consumption and almost noiseless operation, high pressure is suitable for large halls. Dan Fugt Denmark high pressure humidification uses specially developed nozzles which creates an ideal atomization without the use of compressed air. A high water pressure (40 – 50 bar) makes sure the water is broken into micro drops. To suit this type of humidification, water cleaned through a reverse osmosis process or softening system is used. Tap water is often not usable, as it has a too high content of calcium, minerals and salts.

High pressure unit HTU/40

Has a build-in fan, which sucks the dry air vertically into the lower part of the unit. This air (1900 m3/h) distributes the humidity into the room and supports full absorption of the water in the air. Anti drop valves in the nozzles and the specially constructed timer switching on and off the humidification, secures that there is no risk of condensation or water falling to the floor. The unit is fitted with 8 nozzles and has a max. capacity of 40 litres of water pr. hour.

High pressure unit HTU/20

As HTU/40, but with 4 nozzles and a max capacity of 20 litres of water pr. hour.

High pressure unit HTR/5

Suitable for smaller rooms and rooms with low ceilings. Has a build-in fan, which sucks the dry air horizontally into the unit. This air distributes the humidification into the room and supports full absorption of the water in the air. The unit is fitted with 1 nozzle and has a max. capacity of 5 litres of water pr. hour.

High pressure unit HTD/10

As HTR/5, but with 2 nozzles and a max capacity of 10 litres of water pr. hour.

As HTR/5, but with 3 nozzles and a max capacity of 15 litres of water pr. hour.

Humidification pipe

Stainless steel pipe with high pressure nozzles. The DAN FUGT high pressure nozzles are made of stainless steel and have a very long life expectance. A high pressure pump distributes the water to the nozzles, which atomise the water to a fine spray (approx. 20 micron). The nozzles have an “anti-drop” valve for a total “dripping-free” operation.

General information about control panels

Dan Fugt Denmark control panels ensure a fully automatic control of the Dan Fugt Denmark humidification systems. Based on each user’s specific needs and requirements, the control panel is programmed and set. The system is user friendly and has automatic fault finding in case any functional problems should arise. The Dan Fugt Denmark control panel is connected to a hygrostat (pneumatically, electrical or mechanical) which continuously measures the humidity level and controls the system accordingly.

HTS-PLC-H / HTS-PLC-M

On/Off control HTS-PLC-H (max 3 zones)
This control panel has a electrical hygrostat and a digital display, showing the current relative humidity.

This control panel has a mechanical hygrostat WITHOUT a digital display, showing the current relative humidity.

HTS-CMX

Modulating or On/Off control HTS-CMX (max 4 zones)
The control panel has a built-in micro processor where many functions parameters can be adjusted and set. The control panel is ideal for areas with 1 or more zones and can control the following functions: measuring and adjustment of humidity and temperature levels, timing, setting of date and hour for humidification in cases where the system is switched off for a longer period. Fault finding is possible and data can be transferred to an integrated computer system.

HTS-TOUCH

Modulating or On/Off control HTS-TOUCH (unlimited number of zones)
Easy to program through a touch-screen which shows all parameters related to the function of the system. Is suitable for any number of zones. Ideal as a combined control panel for high pressure humidification and reverse osmosis water treatment. Very simple to operate. Depending on the requirements from the user, this panel can meet basically all specific requirements and expectations.

High pressure pump HTP

200 – 900 litres
Depending on the number of humidification units in the system, the pump comes with different capacities. The pump is controlled through a frequency controller ensuring that the electricity consumption at any given time is regulated and lowest possible. The pump has an automatic valve system to control water pressure and to stop the pump in case of faults. The pump has a working pressure of approx. 50 bars.
